Shipping & Returns
All non personalised orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving Monday to Friday (except for public holidays)
Orders that require personalising will be processed and if the product you have chosen requires the template to be approved you will receive a text message with template image. As soon as we receive your approval items will be completed and posted within 3 business days (this could be longer if it is a peak time eg: Easter, Christmas)
Regular shipping to WA is 2-3 business days, Australia please allow 5-10 business days. Signature on delivery is recommended and can be selected at checkout.
Express shipping to WA is 1-2 business days, Australia 1-3 business days. Signature on delivery is recommended and can be selected at checkout.
Orders are posted Monday, Wednesday & Fridays with Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on it's way.
Free Pick up
You can choose free local pick up from Apsley Estate, Mandogalup WA 6167 (address will be supplied to you via text message)

All returned items must have proof of purchase and be in original packaging.
All our lights come with a full 12month warranty. Proof of purchase is required. This does not cover general wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
